About the role
As an Asset Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of our asset management strategy for renewable energy projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our company as we embark on our journey to build and manage renewable energy assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an effective asset management strategy tailored to the specific needs of Private Energy Partners' renewable energy projects.
  • Collaborate closely with project development teams to ensure seamless transition from construction to operations phase.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive asset management processes and procedures, including asset performance monitoring, maintenance scheduling, and risk management.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of renewable energy assets, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with third-party service providers, including contractors, suppliers, and maintenance partners.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of renewable energy assets to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets for asset management activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, providing insights into asset performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CMA, PMP) preferred.
  • Proven experience in asset management within the renewable energy sector, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle from construction to operations
    Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing asset management strategies, preferably for large-scale renewable energy projects.
    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
    Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
