Katie started in agency recruitment in 2020, having moved from the UK to Australia in 2019 in search of new challenges. What drew her to the work then is what keeps her here now: helping good people and good businesses find each other.

Today she specialises in white-collar recruitment for Solar and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) projects, primarily across Australia’s East Coast. Katie has built her career inside the renewable energy sector, and she cares about it for what it’s building – the specialist teams behind Australia’s clean energy future.
