Korii is the Operations Manager at Talesca. Her background spans IT, software development and digital marketing, with an early grounding in the energy sector at Woodside Energy. But over time – and after a fair bit of reflection – she found herself drawn to the work behind the scenes: simplifying complexity, designing better ways of working, and creating operational clarity as Talesca grows.

Today her role sits at the intersection of operations, systems and growth. Korii focuses on building the foundations that let a recruitment business scale sustainably – without losing the human, agile and commercially grounded approach that makes Talesca what it is.

Despite being relatively fresh in the recruitment world, Korii brings a curious, considered mindset to this space. She values thoughtful experimentation, strong systems and decisions that hold up over the long term.
