With more than a decade of experience across Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Nico specialises in building compliant, scalable contractor workforces for complex project environments. His expertise spans contractor recrtuiment, workforce planning, mobilisation strategy and payroll governance, helping clients move quickly while maintaining confidence around compliance, site requirements and project delivery timelines.

Known for his practical, solutions-focused approach, Nico works closely with clients and contractors to create engagement models that support continuity, reduce administrative burden and keep critical projects moving.
